Do I have to pay for additional shipping charges ?
Our shipping charges entirely depends on product category and shipping locations. We also offer free shipping for certain products.
Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery services for certain products. But if you want to avail that you have to pay a COD (cash on delivery) charge (Rs.100 or 10% of your order value, which one will be greater)(*kindly note that COD might not be applicable in all the pin codes).
Kindly understand that Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery charges are two entirely different things. Sarkar Digital Services(S.D.S) will bear your shipping charge (for certain products) but if you want to avoid paying extra for Cash on delivery then kindly proceed paying online.
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours.
Depending on the shipping address and within India, post ordering, this should take 10 working days with standard shipping to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues and availability of certain products it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays. You can track your shipment once it is shipped.
Estimated delivery dates after processing the order/the day of dispatch are as follows :
A. Within Kolkata delivered in ( 3– 4 business days from the day of dispatch ).
B. Other areas in West Bengal ( 4 – 6 business days from the day of dispatch ).
C. Metro cities ( 4 – 5 business days from the day of dispatch ).
D. Rest of India delivered in ( 6 – 8 business days from the day of dispatch ).
Can I get any tacking number for my order ?
Yes, the tracking details are updated to your order once it is shipped out from our workshop.
